Two livers

The liver on the left is abnormal, while the liver on the right is normal

Question 1: Describe the lesion.

The liver is enlarged, and all lobes of the liver are diffusely white with rounded margins.

Question 2: Provide a morphological diagnosis.

Hepatic lipidosis, diffuse, severe, (subacute OR chronic)

Question 3: What is your differential diagnosis?

Accumulation of glycogen is the other possibility that makes livers pale.
