Throughout the cranioventral lung lobes there are myriad 5-10 mm, white, firm nodules that ooze thick creamy fluid on cut section. Interlobular septa are prominent and expanded by clear fluid.

Lungs: Bronchopneumonia, severe, chronic, caseous (very suggestive of Mycoplasma).
